M. Louise Amable is the fifth daughter and eighth child of Jean Baptiste and M. Marguerite. She marries at age 18 to a 21 year old Joseph. Joseph is the older brother (by one year) of Louis Deslandes Champigny, husband to M. Louise Amable’s sister [5.7] M. Josephe. M. Louise Amable marries Joseph 16 days before M. Josephe marries Louis.
Marie Louise marries Joseph; Marie Josephe marries Louis. You can’t make this up.
M. Louis has seven children over the course of 17 years, four boys and three girls. We have no death dates and only one that we know marries, but it seems as though they all survived childbirth, unlike M. Josephe.
