About
Jeanne marries at age 18 and has her first daughter a year later. She has another baby soon after that does not survive, then two more daughters before her first son, Armand. She will bear 11 children in about 24 years, eight of whom survive into adulthood.
There is a marriage that may not have taken place in 1734. We can assume that her first husband has died, though we found no date of death or burial record. There was a 24-year difference between Jeanne and her second/third husband.

- Birth and baptismal dates shown above for Jeanne are from the “DGdQ” database, the “AFGS” “PRDH” database, and “Jette” book (Ref #JET009 page 570). The “AFGS” Book #TER054, page 1191 shows baptismal date of “16 March, 1684”. The “AFGS” Book #LAS 015 “Repentigny baptisms 1679 to 1880” shows “Michel Charbonneau and S. Lissoral” as her godparents. The birth date and baptismal dates are either 1684 or 1685.
- Jeanne enters into a marriage contract with “Pierre Guoguet.” It is unclear if this marriage takes place. (We don’t believe it does.)
- Spouse #2, “Jean Ranger,” is 26 years old and she is 50 when they marry. This information is from the “AFGS” “PRDH” database, file #113618. He subsequently remarries in 1761 after Jeanne’s death in 1751 (#308228). He is shown as “Jean Jacques Ranger” in his marriage to Jeanne in the “AFGS” “Droin” women’s reference, page 015112.
